MARYLAND SCORED A FIVE OUT OF 10 POSSIBLE POINTS FOR HEALTH EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS CAPABILITIES. OTHER STATES THAT TIED WITH MARYLAND INCLUDED ARIZONA, CONNECTICUT, FLORIDA, MONTANA, AND NEBRASKA.
THE DISTRICT AND MORE THAN HALF OF THE OTHER STATES SCORED A SEVEN OR LESS.
